At Blue Sky Bee Supply, I led a full redesign of the company’s e-commerce website, one of the most impactful internal projects during my time there. The original site had several critical issues, including cluttered navigation, dead links, poor image quality, outdated visuals, and a confusing label ordering system. Many navigation elements were broken or led to unrelated pages, making the overall experience frustrating for users and misaligned with the brand’s goals.

I managed a small team throughout the redesign, overseeing both creative direction and technical execution. Our primary objective was to improve usability and create a modern, intuitive site that supported a better shopping experience.
